Independent Escorts (“the Site”) is an online classifieds and advertising platform. It gives independent adult companions a place to post their own listings, and gives visitors a place to look through them — nothing more.

We are not an agency. Nobody who advertises here works for us; we do not employ, represent, manage or direct them. We take no part in arranging or negotiating any meeting, and we receive no cut of anything paid between a visitor and an advertiser. Every arrangement is strictly between those two people.

The Site carries adult material. You may use it only if you are 18 or older — or 21 if that is the age of majority where you live. Using the Site is your confirmation that you meet that requirement.

Listings advertise companionship, social time and entertainment. Nothing here is an offer of, or a request for, anything unlawful where you or the advertiser are located. You must not use the Site to arrange, solicit or advertise anything illegal.

Do not use the Site if you are under the age of majority, if you are being coerced, or on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge and consent.

Whoever posts a listing carries full responsibility for what it contains — every photo and every contact detail included. Submitting a listing is your confirmation that:

• you are 18 or older and legally able to agree to these terms;
• each photo is of you, was taken after you turned 18, and is yours to publish;
• you act on your own, freely, and not under anyone else’s direction or pressure;
• the listing follows every law that applies to you.

Without warning, we take down anything that shows or seems to show a minor; anything pointing to coercion, trafficking or exploitation; anything posted without the subject’s consent; and anything that breaches someone else’s rights. Where appropriate, we pass such material to the authorities.

Visitors can leave reviews. We read each one before it goes live and may reject or pull any review as we see fit — for instance when it looks fake, abusive, defamatory, or aimed at hurting a competitor.

A review reflects the opinion of whoever wrote it. We neither confirm the events it describes nor endorse it.

The Site is offered on an “as is” basis. We do not check whether listings, photos, availability or contact details are accurate, and we make no promise that anyone advertising here is genuinely who they say they are. Anything you do with what you find here is entirely at your own risk.

So far as the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage that results from your use of the Site or from any contact or arrangement you make through it.

These terms may change from time to time. If you keep using the Site after an update, you are taken to accept the revised version.
